  • How do I enter your promotion?

    All you need to do is buy one of our promotional packs, and upload the till receipt from your purchase right here. You’ll find out instantly if you’ve won!

  • What do I need to do to be eligible to take part in the promotion?

    You need to upload at least one qualifying receipt with at least at least one qualifying product. You will be told instantly if you have won or lost.

  • What are the promotional dates?

    The offer is available on purchases made between 30th July and 31st December 2018, and the final deadline for entries is 14th January 2019 at midday.

  • My pack doesn’t have a promotional message. Why not?

    Not all our pasta has promotional messages on the packs but that doesn’t matter. You can enter the promotion as long as you have bought Rana tortelloni between 30th July and 31st December 2018.

  • When’s the latest I can upload my till receipt?

    Our promotion ends on 14th January 2019 at midday. Make sure you get your entry in before then!

  • What products are eligible for the promotion?

    The promotion is valid on the Rana tortelloni products listed below:

    • Spinach & Ricotta
    • Chicken & Smoked Pancetta
    • Ragù Bolognese
    • Aubergine Parmigiana
    • Prosciutto Cotto & Mozzarella
    • Mushroom & Ricotta
  • Can I enter more than once?

    You may enter as many times as you like, all you need to do is buy one of the participating Rana products and upload the receipt. Please note each receipt is only valid for one entry, so you need a separate receipt each time you enter. Note also that you may only enter once per day – any repeat entries in a single day will receive the non-winning message and email.

  • Why do you need my details?

    We do our best to limit the information we ask for – we want to make it as easy as possible to enter. But if you’re one of the lucky winners, we need your contact details so we can tell you that you’ve won! Don’t worry – we’ll never send you anything or share your details without your express permission.

  • Should I keep my receipt until I know whether I have won or lost?

    Yes, you should keep your receipt until you have had notification by email if you are a winner. All winners will be required to send in their receipts as proof that they have made a valid purchase.

  • Why do I have to post in my till receipt to claim the main prize?

    We want our competition to be fair for everyone. We ask winners to post in their winning till receipt to prove they bought our tortelloni, and prevent any false claims. This is very normal for this kind of offer.

  • How do I make my receipt picture readable?

    In order to properly process receipt pictures, they must be received in a legible format. Please make sure your camera is in focus and take a picture of the receipt on a flat surface and in a well-lit area. Keep in mind the picture will be blurry if the camera is too far away from the receipt.

  • What information needs to be on my receipt?

    The pictures of the receipt must include the eligible product and date of purchase in order to be valid. Some retailers save paper by printing shorter, double-sided receipts. In this instance, you should submit photos of both sides to capture all required information. This is a means of preventing fraud and helps our system process your receipt more efficiently.

  • Can the same receipt be used more than once for entries, for example if there is more than one purchase on a receipt?

    Each entry must be made using a separate receipt, even if the same receipt has multiple purchases of Rana tortelloni. If you, or another user, has already made an entry using the same receipt, the second upload will automatically be rejected and  will receive the non-winning message and email.

  • What happens to my entry if my receipt date is not valid?

    If the date on your receipt is before or after the offer dates stated in the terms & conditions, your entry will automatically be rejected and will receive the non-winning message and email.

  • Why is there no phone number I can call for help?

    Phone lines can get tied up – and it’s no fun to be on hold! If you’ve got any questions that aren’t answered here, feel free to drop us a line at support@rana.co.uk. We’ll get back to you as quick as we can!

  • I haven’t found an answer to my question. How can I get in touch with someone who can help?
